£9,500 – £14,500

Owner-occupier main bathroom, ensuite upgrade, quality that lasts 15+ years.

- Larger-format porcelain (up to 600 × 1200) — full walls or feature wall
- Concealed thermostatic shower valve, rain head + handset

Premium
£15,500 – £28,000+

Full main bathroom or wet room in a forever home, high-end resale positioning.

What actually happens, week by week
Every bathroom follows the same 5 stages — the days move, the sequence doesn't.

1. Design & fixed quote
Week 0 (3 – 7 days)
Home survey, moodboard, 3D visual for Mid and Premium, and a fixed written quote. Nothing you sign changes unless YOU change it — no 'unforeseen extras' halfway through.

2. Order & pre-book
2 – 6 week lead
We order every fixture, tile and vanity before we start. That means no half-finished rooms while we wait on a basin — the whole job runs when the last item is in our warehouse.

3. Strip-out & first fix
Days 1 – 3
Room protected, existing suite removed, waste taken away. First-fix pipework, drainage, electrics for lighting and towel rail, board-out any wet-room walls.

4. Tiling, plaster & second fix
Days 4 – 10
Plaster, tanking, tiling, then second fix — brassware, sanitaryware, mirrors, towel rail, extractor. Silicone left to cure overnight before use.

5. Sign-off & aftercare
Final day + 7-day check
Walk-through with you, snag list agreed and closed within 48 hours, warranty paperwork emailed. We check back in 7 days to catch anything small (silicone, seal).

- Fixtures you supply that are damaged in transit before we start
